Grand Theft Auto V: Enjoy a vehicle exhibition
Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V) is an open world which is filled with numerous vehicles including aeroplanes, helicopters, cars, utility vehicles, emergency services vehicles, motorcycles, and jet skis. This game has more vehicles than in any other Grand Theft Auto game to date which gives players unprecedented experiences such as flying a plane or driving a submarines. With GTA V, player will really immerse in a vehicle exhibition that they never have been before.
The name “Grand Theft Auto V” itself show off the importance of vehicles in this game. Almost each mission, objective and game event in GTA V has something to do with vehicles. All of them are based off real-life prototypes.
GTA usually have completely identical real analogues but with different names such as Albany Emperor which renamed sedan Cadillac Fleetwood. However, the “auto” in the game doesn’t mean car only but a lot of kinds of vehicles.
Vehicles in Grand Theft Auto V dominate not only land but both air and sea. There are many kinds of ridden vehicles in this game including motorbikes, planes, boat, trains and even military vehicles such as tanks, jets, helicopters.
Grand Theft Auto V features 348 separate, controllable vehicles and 36 uncontrollable trains and trailers as well as unused vehicles. However, 46 of these were added as part of a DLC and 16 are exclusive to the Enhanced Version of the game. There are 17 kinds of both used and unused vehicles only appear during missions.
GTA V not only brings many real-like vehicles to players but it also builds a real-like life in the game. While in Grand Theft Auto IV, all vehicles’ license plates are similar, the license plates in GTA V are different. Players are allowed to customize their own license plate text with different styles.
This game is also the first in the GTA series including vehicles with convertible roofs. This will surely make players excited and have many wonderful experiences with vehicles in the game. The main characters even will change their facial expression depending on how fast player is driving a vehicle.
Moreover, when a vehicle which is being driven by a character has some types of damage, it will switch to another character and back. This requires players to repair all damage with the exception of the windows being shattered and some minor body deformity. However, if player is on a mission, this will not work because he cannot switch characters.
All vehicles in the enhanced version of Grand Theft Auto V are fully detailed including polygon changes and redone vehicles interiors. The speedometer and tachometer for cars, airspeed, attitude and altitude gauges for aircraft, and a depth gauge for submersibles can be equipped. Some higher-end cars even can feature a working radio station readout like a real car. Grand Theft Auto V is really a vehicle exhibition where players can admire, explore and even customize a lot of vehicles with extremely realistic features as in life.
